If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it. Items must be in good condition, with all original tags attached. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
The buyer is responsible for selecting a shipping carrier and covering all return shipping costs, including any associated fees. The return address is provided on the original packaging in which you received your product.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE
1. REGISTER A RETURN
To initiate a return, click on "Contact Us" and enter your order number in the subject line. In the message, provide a valid reason for the return and any necessary details about the product.
2. CHOOSE A SHIPPING METHOD
You are responsible for selecting the shipping carrier of your choice and covering all return shipping costs. Ensure that your return is properly packaged and sent back to the return address provided on the original packaging.
3. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the instructions sent to your email and ship the package within 14 days after receiving your order. We recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
4. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
